She has also been advising and coordinating large and complex operations and reorganizations, such as collective dismissals, transfers of undertakings, labor due diligence proceedings and disciplinary proceedings Joana Bianchi de Aguiar is a member of the Portuguese Bar Association and of the Association of Young Juslaboralistas (AJJ). ### Joana Bianchi de Aguiar is a senior associate in the Labor and Employment Law department, with experience in providing ongoing advice to multinationals in matters of Labor and Social Security Law, including hiring, individual and collective negotiations, outsourcing agreements, transfers of undertakings, disciplinary proceedings, lay-off procedures, assistance with labor inspections, processes involving the secondment and/or temporary assignment of workers, collective layoff or job elimination proceedings, restructuring, labor due diligence proceedings, in-company training in various areas of labor law. She also has experience in the area of labor litigation and in administrative proceedings, along with Social Security and Labor Authority matters. Before joining Garrigues, Joana Bianchi de Aguiar was a lawyer at VdA - Vieira de Almeida, in the Labor area. Joana Bianchi de Aguiar is a member of the Portuguese Bar Association.
