Iván has led important advisories in the structuring of infrastructure projects (mainly transport), and the execution of contracts. He has also participated in the financing of public-private partnership (PPP) projects and in the drafting and implementation of the material contracts, which are needed for the execution of credit agreements for these projects. ### Iván Fierro is counsel in the Public Law and Infrastructure practice. Iván has been part of the Garrigues team since 2018. He has participated in complex advisories such as the legal structuring of the First Line of the Bogotá Metro, and he is currently the legal coordinator of the structuring of Line 2 of the Bogotá Metro. He also led the legal team for the structuring of the on-street parking system in Bogotá and has been part of the legal team advising numerous public entities in the execution of contracts and in the legal validation of infrastructure projects under the public-private partnership scheme. On the other hand, Iván worked for almost seven years at the National Infrastructure Agency, where he participated in the structuring of the fourth generation of road, port and airport concession projects that were tendered and awarded by this entity, which corresponded to the most important infrastructure programme ever developed in Colombia.
