Guilherme Cascarejo is a senior associate in the areas of Litigation and Arbitration and Restructuring and Insolvency, having joined the company in September 2013.
He has vast experience in civil, commercial and banking litigation and in insolvency and revitalization proceedings, having represented various national and foreign clients (financial institutions, companies and individuals) in different legal proceedings in relation to these areas, with particular emphasis on matters relating to banking law (e.g. factoring agreements, loan restructuring agreements, guarantees), commercial law (e.g. franchising, agency and supply agreements), civil liability and construction contracts.
He also provides ongoing advice in these areas and on these matters.
Guilherme Cascarejo is a member of the Portuguese Bar Association.
