Ana Ferreira Neves is a principal associate in the E.U. & Antitrust, and Corporate law and Commercial Contracts practices.
She has extensive expertise in merger control proceedings, in the negotiation of commitments with the competition authorities, and in proceedings involving anti-competitive practices and abuse of dominant position, as well as in the implementation of corporate compliance programs.
She provides recurring advice on commercial contracts in due diligence processes and on the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts, such as agency agreements, distribution agreements, supply agreements and franchising agreements.
She also advises on the negotiation of indemnification for loss of clientele and on the setting up of joint ventures.
She has been recognized by the Best Lawyers legal directory.
Ana Ferreira Neves is a member of the Portuguese Bar Association and of the Portuguese Association of Competition Lawyers (CAPDC), and currently sits on the Association Board.
