Amadeo Lerma is a partner of the Corporate/Commercial Law Department of Garrigues and joined the firm in 2012. He specializes in advising on M&amp;A, real estate and financing transactions, commercial contracts, corporate law issues and private equity transactions. Throughout his career, he has participated in numerous transactions relating to sales and purchases of companies and real estate assets, and he has extensive experience in providing ongoing advice to domestic and international companies and corporate groups from a wide range of industries. He holds a Degree in Law and Economics from Universidad de Valencia and a Master's Degree in Banking, Finance and Insurance from the University of Nantes (France). He also holds a Master's Degree in International Transactions Law ("LL.M. in International Transactions") from Centro de Estudios Garrigues in collaboration with Fordham School of Law (New York, USA) and Universidad Antonio de Nebrija , as well as a Junior Executive Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from EDEM and the University of Valencia.

Amadeo Lerma has been a partner in Garrigues’ Corporate/Commercial Law Department since 2025. He joined the firm in 2012.

In his professional practice, he has participated in numerous transactions, including:

- M&amp;A transactions with companies from myriad industries, on both the buyer and the seller side, in both bilateral and competitive processes. He has a wealth of experience in advising on contractual matters and in the negotiation phase of these kinds of processes, as well as in coordinating due diligence reviews. He has notably participated in a large number of transactions with operators in the agri-food sector.
- Sale and purchase transactions involving real estate in their various forms (asset sales, sale and lease transactions, forward purchase agreements, etc.).
- Financing and refinancing transactions of all kinds (sales and purchases of companies, real estate asset sales and implementation of the same, project finance, etc.), in which he frequently advises both lenders and borrowers.

He also has extensive experience in providing recurring commercial advice to national and international companies and groups of companies in various sectors.

Throughout his professional career, he has participated in various securities issuance transactions by listed companies and has extensive experience in the incorporation of private equity firms.

Excellent command of Spanish, English, French and Valencian.
