Alberto Sacristán Díaz de Tuesta is a senior associate in the Administrative Law practice area.
He has extensive experience in zoning and real estate and has advised on the planning and development by individuals of numerous sectors of developable land for industrial and residential use in various municipalities, mainly in the Autonomous Community of Castilla y León. He has also provided recurring advice on condemnation proceedings and on the real estate aspects of M&A transactions involving the firm’s clients.
He also provides recurring advice on public procurement to public authorities and other contracting authorities, as well as to bidders, in the context of administrative and judicial review proceedings.
He is a regular speaker at conferences and courses on administrative law.
