Mergermarket, M&amp;A intelligence service, announced the winners of the 2024 Mergermarket European M&amp;A Awards at a gala dinner hosted at the Natural History Museum in London.

Among the 50 awards given at this year’s edition, Garrigues was singled out as *Iberia Legal Adviser of the Year*. The award was collected by London office partners Rafael Calvo and Juan José Berdullas, and María Latorre, junior lawyer in the Barcelona office’s corporate team. This is the fifth time Garrigues has achieved this recognition.

The aim of these annual awards is to recognize in Europe the work of legal and financial advisors in the most high-profile deals of the year.
