Ana Ramírez, from the New York office, was the recipient of the Garrigues award.









**Garrigues has been named Team of the Year for the Andean States in banking and finance law by the International Financial Law Review (IFLR), which each year selects the best deals carried out in Latin America. The editorial board of this prestigious publication focused on the cross-border component, innovation, and the valuation of the companies involved in each of the deals it analyzed.**





IFLR highlighted the work carried out by Garrigues overall in relation to banking and financial matters, from its offices in Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Peru. The firm was also a finalist in the following categories: “Restructuring deal of the year” with Cinépolis, “Project finance deal of the year” with Cosco Shipping Ports Chancay Perú, and “Firm of the year in Peru”.
