On December 12, a seminar on experiences in public-private participation (PPP) projects in Spain and Poland was held in the main auditorium of the Polish Ministry of Development.
The seminar was organized by the Spanish Embassy and the Polish Ministry of Development.
Senior associates from the Warsaw office, David M. Jelicz and Mateusz Przygodzki, took part as speakers on different panels, accompanied by representatives from leading Spanish companies. The Garrigues professionals provided legal and financial information on PPP projects and spoke about the issues relating to public contracting in Poland. More than 100 interested companies attended the event.
