**With a total of 136 deals amounting to 17,994 million euros, the firm leads the TTR ranking in terms of value and number of deals**





Garrigues leads the ranking of legal advisors on mergers and acquisitions (M&amp;A) in 2019, in terms of both number of transactions and value. The firm closed a total of 136 transactions in Spain during the year, with an overall value of 17,994 million euros (20% of the Spanish total), according to the annual report by business intelligence platform TTR. The firm tops the Mergermarket ranking by number of deals.

Garrigues’ diverse client base – the firm works with major multinationals and 91.4% of the Ibex 35 as well as small and medium-sized companies from all over Spain – enables it to lead the Spanish M&amp;A rankings year after year.
