The Garrigues Partners’ Meeting has today approved the promotion of 16 new equity partners, bringing the total to 370. These appointments, which have been made in five practice areas at nine offices, bolster the firm’s commitment to internal talent and the generational balance: almost 60% of the partners have been promoted internally in the last 15 years.

The new partners promoted, with effect from January 1, 2026 are:

- **Ricardo Grilo.** Labor and Employment (Lisbon)
- **Jabier Gómez Miralles.** Administrative and Constitutional Law (Madrid)
- **Miguel Hernández Ruiz.** Tax (Barcelona)
- **Blanca Isabel Jiménez Aparicio.** Corporate and M&amp;A (Real Estate) - (Madrid)
- **Fermín Lecumberri Cano.** Labor and Employment (Querétaro)
- **Luis Enrique Mata Palacios.** Corporate and M&amp;A (Madrid)
- **Rubén Navarro Tudela.** Administrative and Constitutional Law (Madrid)
- **André de Oliveira Correia.** Labor and Employment (Porto)
- **Caridad Ponce Cadena.** Tax (Seville)
- **Eduardo Rodríguez Magdalena.** Tax (Vigo)
- **Leopoldo Rubido Vidal.** Conflict Resolution: Litigation and Arbitration (Madrid)
- **Sergio Santana Bertrán.** Labor and Employment (Alicante)
- **Fernando Santos Cubero.** Tax (Madrid)
