The international directory Chambers & Partners has published the results of **Chambers Europe 2026**, celebrating the leading law firms and top‑ranked lawyers across the continent.
In this edition, Garrigues emerges as the **leading firm in Spain**, with **26 practice areas ranked in Band 1** -six more than the previous year-, and a total of **39 practice areas recognised** in the guide. Specifically, the firm has achieved top‑tier status in Capital Markets: Debt; Corporate / Commercial in Barcelona; Energy & Natural Resources; Environment, Social & Governance (ESG); Public Law in Barcelona; and Transportation, a practice area that appears in the guide for the first time.
