**For another year running,** [**Actualidad Económica**](https://garrigues365.sharepoint.com/:b:/s/Intranet/NEWS/ERTLhl1gf81Jlm6al9OQrpAB38sPvt9NMqvQWYwnXUXcHA?e=67Oba1) **has ranked Garrigues among the hundred best companies to work for in Spain. The firm scored particularly well in the Talent, Atmosphere and Training categories.**





In its assessment, our 2023-2025 Sustainability Plan received a special mention in these words: “The plan includes 12 focus areas, of which five are social. Among them, commitment to female talent, gender equality in hiring and in career promotions, equal pay in the various categories and increasing the number of female partners. The result was already visible in 2023, when 49% of the firm’s new hires and 50% of lawyers promoted to partners were women.

This recognition joins others obtained this year in the Merco Talento ranking, in which Garrigues appears among the best companies for attracting and retaining talent and the Merco Talento Universitario ranking, in which we were chosen by Spanish students as their preferred option to work for.
