Mónica Sevilla is partner in the Human Capital Services practice, which she heads up in Cataluña. She has pursued her professional career in Garrigues’ Tax practice, following a stint at Arthur Andersen.
She has extensive experience in designing and implementing compensation systems and remuneration formulas for executives and employees, including share-based incentives, employee welfare systems and international assignment management.
She also provides recurring tax advice to individuals, groups and family businesses on corporate income tax, personal income tax, wealth tax, and inheritance and gift tax matters.
She is a regular speaker in seminars and conferences organized by Garrigues and other myriad organizations.
Mónica Sevilla is a member of the Barcelona Economists Association and of the tax-legal committee of the Spanish Executives Association.
