Martín Pedre is a counsel in the Tax practice area.
He has extensive experience in the provision of tax advisory services and has been responsible for overseeing numerous business and corporate restructuring operations, due diligence processes and tax inspection proceedings.
He also provides tax advice on a recurring basis to companies and corporate groups, with a particular focus on family businesses, and is an expert in tax and accounting consolidation. He coordinates the tax aspects of transactions for the sale and purchase of companies, debt restructuring processes and insolvency proceedings.
He is a member of the teaching staff on the Fiscal Affairs and Taxation Master's Degree course at Colegio de Economistas de La Coruña and has been a lecturer on the Tax Consulting Executive Master's Degree program run by Centro de Estudios Garrigues and Instituto Tecnológico Empresarial de NovaCaixaGalicia. He has lectured and taught for Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia and frequently speaks at courses and seminars relating to taxation.
He is a member of the A Coruña Bar Association.
