Marisa López Villalba is a partner of Garrigues’ Labor and Employment Law Department, where she has pursued her entire professional career since 1992. She specializes in labor and employment law and social security law.
Among other fields of labor law, she is an expert in labor litigation; senior management; outsourcing processes and decentralization of production; corporate reorganization and integration of groups of workers, and modification of working conditions.
Marisa López Villalba has been singled out for inclusion in several directories, such as Best Lawyer, Who’s Who and Chambers Europe, forming part of the team of expert labor practitioners noted by this latter directory, which ranks Garrigues as a Band 1 firm in Spain.
She lectures on the executive programs at Centro de Estudios Garrigues and on labor litigation as part of the Master’s Degree in Labor Law Counseling at the same institution, and regularly speaks at seminars and conferences staged by the Firm and various specialist centers (Instituto de Fomento Empresarial, FIDE, Grupo Recoletos, etc.).
She is a regular contributor to economic and legal publications such as Expansión and Aranzadi.
