Luis Sebastiá is a partner in the Corporate/Commercial Department at Garrigues, where he has pursued his professional career since 1991. He specializes in the areas of M&A, securities markets, corporate law and commercial contracts.

Luis Sebastiá has been a partner of the Corporate/Commercial Department of Garrigues since 2003, having joined the firm in 1991. In his professional practice, he has participated in M&A deals, securities issues, restructuring and financing arrangements of great complexity, including:
M&A deals in a wide range of industries, with a special focus on the health and agri-food industries involving both private equity firms and family businesses, defending the interests of the buyer or the seller.
Management of due diligence processes.
Project finance deals.
Financial restructuring transactions, involving banking pools or representing the interests of the refinanced companies.
He also provides advice on an ongoing basis on contractual and corporate law matters to large domestic and foreign corporations, primarily in the Valencia Autonomous Community, in his capacity as legal advisor to the board or as nondirector secretary of the managing body.
