Lucía Revuelta is a senior associate in the Labor and Employment practice of the Zaragoza office. She joined Garrigues in 2009 after 4 years practicing in the Labor Department of an international professional services firm in Madrid.
She began her professional career in 2003 at the Directorate General of Human Rights of the European Court of Human Rights at the Council of Europe in Strasbourg.
She has extensive experience in advising on labor law and social security matters, labor litigation, collective bargaining and occupational risk prevention, as well in preparing legal and due diligence reports.
She also provides recurring advice to companies in a wide range of sectors on labor, social security and occupational risk prevention matters, and has participated in the negotiation of agreements, collective bargaining agreements, collective dismissal procedures, layoffs and reductions in working hours, and in the resolution of collective disputes.
She has broad expertise in preparing and acting as legal counsel in oral proceedings and hearings, as well as in filing all manner of administrative appeals and appeals to the high courts and Supreme Court.
Lucía Revuelta is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
Law degree, Universidad de Zaragoza and Master’s degree in the European Union and European Communities, Real Instituto de Estudios Europeos.
