Since joining the Firm, he has advised Spanish companies and Spanish subsidiaries of multinational groups. He has participated in planning for business reorganizations and for acquisitions, in international tax planning for inward and outward investment, and in international securities issues. He has advised private equity firms in corporate acquisition projects, and companies in the Spanish energy industry, the financial services industry, and the food industry. A partner belonging to the Garrigues Accounting Law service line, he is also the coordinator of the knowledge area on the special consolidated corporate income tax regime at the Madrid office.

Internally, he is in charge of the corporate income tax course for new hires. He also shares teaching duties with other professionals at the Firm on the accounting course for new hires.
