Inês has 9 years’ experience in providing ongoing advice to multinationals in matters of Labor and Social Security Law, including hiring, individual and collective negotiations, outsourcing agreements, transfers of undertakings, disciplinary proceedings, lay-off procedures, assistance with labor inspections, processes involving the secondment and/or temporary assignment of workers, collective layoff or job elimination proceedings, restructuring, labor due diligence proceedings, insolvency proceedings and their impact on employees, in-company training in various areas of labor law.
She also has experience in the area of labor litigation and in administrative proceedings, along with Social Security and Labor Authority matters.
Inês Fialho is a member of the Portuguese Bar Association.
Law degree from the Law Faculty of the Universidade de Lisboa.
Postgraduate in Legal Forensic Science from the Law Faculty of the Universidade de Lisboa.
