Francisco Cabarcos is a partner in the Litigation and Arbitration Department at Garrigues. He has extensive experience advising on bankruptcy matters and refinancing operations, and regularly participates in the management of complex litigation, while also providing recurring advice on contractual and strategic matters. He graduated in Law from the Comillas Pontifical University (Icade E-1).
