Eduardo Rodríguez is a Counsel in the Tax Law practice at Garrigues, the firm where he has developed his professional career. He is specialized in tax matters, especially in the field of Foundations and Tax Procedure. Likewise, he has participated in numerous due diligence operations and is an expert in tax advice for family assets and restructuring.
He provides professional services both to companies in tax advice in tax and accounting closing processes, as well as to individuals in Wealth Tax, Inheritance and Gift Tax and Personal Income Tax.
He is actively involved in advising partially exempt entities on special tax regimes.
In recent years, he has specialised in the handling of inspection procedures, as well as in the legal management of numerous administrative and contentious-administrative appeals arising from inspection actions, particularly in matters related to carousel fraud procedures, family businesses, inheritance tax, etc., as well as collection actions, especially procedures for the derivation of liability.
In addition, he advises on some of the relevant regional legislation procedures brought by the Xunta de Galicia (Galician Regional Government).
