Carlos Déniz Caballero is a senior associate of the Labor and Employment Law practice at the Las Palmas de Gran Canaria office.
He joined Garrigues in 2009 and currently provides advice on labor law and HR matters to Spanish and multinational companies, particularly in the areas of employment contracts, remuneration systems, disciplinary procedures, social security, business restructuring, labor inspections and proceedings at different instances in the labor jurisdiction. He has also led the strategic actions of the HR departments of several companies, particularly in the textile industry.
He has been a speaker at various courses and seminars organized by the Las Palmas de Gran Canaria Chamber of Commerce.
Carlos is a member of the Las Palmas de Gran Canaria Bar Association.
