Beatriz del Peso is a partner of the Administrative, Planning and Zoning and Environmental Law Department of Garrigues in Madrid, where she has pursued her career since 1996.

She particularly specializes in administrative law, planning and zoning, and is an expert, among other matters, in advising the public and private sectors on land use (planning instruments, zoning contracts, land management, licenses), sectoral authorizations (particularly in the protected housing, commercial, hotels and industrial spheres), condemnation, alienable and inalienable property in the public domain, and in providing legal assistance in administrative proceedings (including penalty proceedings) and judicial review proceedings.

She holds a degree in Law, Economics and Business Studies from Universidad Pontificia Comillas and is ranked Band 1 in Planning by Chambers and Partners, forming part of the team of experts singled out by the directory, which ranks Garrigues as one of the top planning practices in Spain. She is also featured in Best Lawyers as a lawyer specializing in planning.

Beatriz del Peso has been a partner in the Administrative, Planning and Zoning and Environmental Law Department of Garrigues since 2006. Over the course of her professional career, she has participated in numerous projects, and currently provides expert legal advice on planning and zoning matters, the institutional reorganization of public authorities, energy efficiency, public infrastructure, public aid and subsidies, and administrative contracts, among others.

She also has extensive experience in advising on all aspects of the different sectors of administrative activity (at state, regional and local level): roads, transportation, telecommunications, water, education, tertiary sector, personnel in the service of the public authorities, etc.
