Ana joined the firm in 2007. Her practice is focused on cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, finance transactions and corporate governance. 

 

Prior to joining Garrigues, Ana was an associate in the corporate department of Greenberg Traurig’s New York office and the Latin American department of an international law firm in New York and Miami.
