Ana Barandiarán is a principal associate in the Corporate/Commercial Law practice of the Bilbao office. Between 2008 and 2011 she worked in the commercial law and corporate governance department of Ramón y Cajal Abogados in Madrid.
She specializes in corporate law, and domestic and international commercial contracts, as well as mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
She has extensive experience in due diligence reviews, acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructuring processes, board secretary duties, preparing reports and legal opinions on corporate matters, advising family business and preparing family protocols, commercial contracts, and advising mutual companies that work with the social security authorities.
Ana Barandiarán is a member of the Vizcaya Bar Association.
