Garrigues once again among firms with best reputation in Spain
Garrigues is once again one of the firms in the short list drawn up by the reputation monitor Merco, now in its 20th edition. This year our firm has moved up 8 spots, climbing to 58th from 66th in 2019.
The Merco Empresas report, which describes the 100 companies with the best reputation in Spain in 2020, was presented at a digital event this past Thursday, October 8. For another year running, this one marking the ninth, Inditex sits at the top of the ranking followed by Mercadona and Repsol, which hold the same spots as in 2019. Rounding out the top 10 are Grupo Social Once, Santander, Telefónica, Iberdrola (which moved from 11th to 7th), Mapfre, CaixaBank and Ikea.
The ranking is drawn up following an in-depth comprehensive analysis of over 44,505 surveys, 6 evaluations and 24 sources of information and is verified in an independent review by KPMG in accordance the ISAE 3000 standard.
In addition, this being a special edition, Merco wanted to pay tribute to the 20 companies with the best reputation over the past two decades by cumulative ranking, which were again led by Inditex, Telefónica and El Corte Inglés.
