**Garrigues is once again among the 100 most attractive employers in Spain, according to the Merco Talento ranking published this morning. We are in 46th place in the** [**2023 ranking**](https://www.merco.info/es/ranking-merco-talento) **and remain in the number one spot in the “Lawyers” category.**





The Corporate Reputation Business Monitor (MERCO) has published this Friday its Merco Talento ranking for 2023 which lists the companies which are best at attracting and retaining talent in Spain. Garrigues is once again named in this ranking, in the 46th position, having climbed three places since last year. In the analysis by sectors, we also continue to be ranked in first place in the “Lawyers” category.

Merco Talento is one of the reports published by MERCO each year in order to analyze the different reputational dimensions linked to talent. The ranking is the result of a thorough analysis of over 52,131 survey responses, viewed from 6 perspectives and obtained from 11 information sources.
