**Decree-law n°2.20.292, published in the Official Gazette on March 24th, has suspended the running of all time frames provided by legal and regulatory provisions.**





The suspension applies to all the time frames provided by legal and regulatory provisions except for appeals in criminal procedures. This measure came into force on March 24th and will apply until April 20th, date through which the current public health emergency will be in place (if it is not extended). Accordingly, the running of all these time frames is suspended for at least twenty-seven days (time lapse between March 24th and April 20th).
