Xabier Solís is a Principal Associate in the Labor Department of Garriguies, a law firm in witch he has been rendering his services since 2016. His work consists of giving recurring legal advice in the areas of Labor Law and Social Security to HR Departments of public and private companies, national and multinational. He studied Economic Law at the University of Deusto in Bilbao, in wich he successfully passed two postgraduate degrees: (i) Business Law and (ii) Access to the Lawyer Profession.

Since 2016, he has been working as a lawyer belonging to the Bizkaia´s Bar Association on behalf of his clients in highly difficult processes related to Labor Law and Social Security. He is in charge of both litigation management and advice on the preparation of procedural strategies, with extensive experience in such areas. In 2019 he was a finalist in the VIII National Award for the Best Young Labor Lawyer Award convened by FORELAB.

He speaks Spanish and English.

Xabier Solís is a Principal Associate in the Labor Department since 2021, law firm in witch he has been rendering his services since 2016. He is an expert in labor and employment law and social security legislation. He specializes in providing legal advice, among other subjects, in the following:

- Job Safety.
- Labor restructuring processes.
- Processes related to mergers, spinf-offs and contributions of lines of business from the Labor Law point of view.

On top of that, in his professional activity he has participated in highly complex trials, including some related to:

- Collective procedures
- Layoffs
- Fundamental rights and compensation for damages.
