Victoria Rivera Barrachina is a senior associate in the Litigation and Arbitration practice area.
She has extensive experience in providing legal advice to businesses, most notably recurring legal advice to companies on corporate, contractual and noncontractual matters, actions for liability and unfair competition, leases, and debt recovery.
She also provides recurring advice on inheritance and family matters, covering the preparation of wills and testamentary clauses; inheritance challenges; estate divisions; property settlements, including matrimonial economic arrangements; the drafting of pre-nuptial agreements and marriage settlements; and matters involving private international law.
She has a wealth of experience in unlawful interferences with the right to honor, privacy and one’s own image, as well as liability claims in the area of healthcare.
She has lectured on the Master’s Degree in Legal Counseling offered by Garrigues, as well as on the Master’s Degree for access to the legal profession offered by UCAM and at the Law Faculty of UCAM, in the Litigation Department.
She has tutored at Universidad de Murcia since 2008 and has given various classes on the Law Faculty’s litigation course.
She has spoken on current litigation topics at numerous courses, events and seminars organized by different forums such as CROEM and the law faculties of Universidad de Murcia and UCAM.
Victoria Rivera Barrachina is a practicing member of the Murcia Bar Association and forms part of the specialist panel on Family Law and Private International Law. She is also a member of the managing board of the Murcia Association of Executives (ADIMUR) and the IE Alumni Club in Murcia.
