Victoria Eguia is a senior associate in the Dispute Resolution: Litigation and Arbitration Department at Garrigues, where she has pursued her professional career since September 2018.

She holds a Degree in Law and in Business Administration and Management from Universidad de Deusto, a Master's Degree for Access to the Legal Profession and a Master's Degree in Criminal Justice from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. She is currently studying for a PhD in Economic and Business Law at Universidad de Deusto.

Victoria specializes in criminal law, mainly in matters relating to business firms and the economy, such as offenses against property and the socio-economic order (fraud, misappropriation, breach of duty by directors, frustration of enforcement and criminal insolvency, industrial and intellectual property offenses, market and consumer offenses), tax crimes and crimes against the social security system, against the environment and zoning, corporate crimes, forgery and misrepresentation, crimes against the public authorities and crimes relating to occupational risk prevention.

She specializes in criminal law, mainly in matters relating to business firms and the economy, such as offenses against property and the socio-economic order (fraud, misappropriation, breach of duty by directors, frustration of enforcement and criminal insolvency, industrial and intellectual property offenses, market and consumer offenses), tax crimes and crimes against the social security system, against the environment and zoning, corporate crimes, forgery and misrepresentation, crimes against the public authorities and crimes relating to occupational risk prevention.

Likewise, she has been developing her professional practice in advising in the penal execution phase and in the field of penitentiary law.
