Vicente Milic is an associate in the Banking and Finance and Corporate Law practice in the Santiago, Chile office.

He concentrates his practice in asset, acquisition and project finance and restructuring debt transactions, acting on behalf lenders, borrowers and sponsors, at both national and international levels, in corporate, energy and infrastructure projects. He also has experience counseling to clients in corporate and comercial matters.
