Vicente Cristi is an associate in the Labor and Employment area of Garrigues’ Santiago de Chile office. His practice focuses on advising companies on labor and social security matters and also in proceedings before the labor courts. He has specialized training in corporate labor law.

He provides advice to businesses on highly complex labor-related matters and in legal proceedings both in Chile and abroad, represents clients before the administrative authorities and also participates in processes involving the termination of employment contracts, among others.

Before joining Garrigues, Vicente was an associate at Barros Silva Varela &amp; Vigil (2024–2026), where he started his professional career.

He is fluent in Spanish and English.
