Vanessa Marqués Soro is a senior associate in the Labor and Employment Law practice and joined the firm in 2007. She has coordinated engagement teams since 2012.
She provides recurring advice on labor and social security matters, business restructuring, litigation and collective bargaining, with extensive expertise in business restructuring processes, collective and individual procedures to terminate or temporarily suspend employment contracts on objective grounds and procedures for the material modification of working conditions. She also has experience in negotiating collective labor agreements and procedures to opt out of collective labor agreement conditions.
She regularly advises clients on social security matters, proceedings involving the labor inspection authorities, the adoption of disciplinary measures and processes for the election of workers’ representatives.
She has notable litigation experience in disciplinary dismissals, contractual terminations on objective grounds and collective disputes before the labor and judicial review courts at all instances.
Vanessa also has teaching experience, having lectured on the Master’s Degree in Legal Practice and the Master’s Degree in International Business Law at Universidad Cardenal Herrera CEU.
Vanessa Marqués Soro is a member of the Valencia Bar Association.
