She has extensive experience in providing tax advice to groups of technological companies, industral sectors and real estate.

Additionally, she has relevant participation in wealth planning and management and provides recurring advice on business restructuring operations and the reorganization of personal and family business.

She joined Garrigues in 2018 from the Madrid office of Gómez-Acebo &amp; Pombo Abogados, where she began her professional career in 2013.  
 

She has extensive experience in providing tax advice to groups of technological companies, industral sectors and real estate. 

Additionally, she has relevant participation in wealth planning and management and provides recurring advice on business restructuring operations and the reorganization of personal and family business.

She also regularly participates in tax audits.

She is member of the Garrigues Family business group at the national level.

Soraya Fabo is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
