Silvia Pérez is a senior associate in Garrigues' Tax Department in the Vigo office, focusing mainly on providing recurring advice to companies. She advises on corporate reorganizations. She has extensive experience in assisting clients in tax audits, as well as in economic-administrative and contentious-administrative proceedings before the Spanish courts.

Silvia holds a law degree from the University of Santiago de Compostela and collaborates with Entities of Financial Privaty in programs on tax news and other matters.

Silvia Pérez joined the firm in 2006 and is a senior associate in the Tax Law practice in the Vigo office.

She has extensive experience in providing recurring tax advisory services to numerous companies, including Concessionaires, Family Businesses and multinationals, advising in all tax areas that may be required, among others:

- In relation to the tax implications of restructuring and acquisition operations.
- Management procedures and verification and investigation proceedings, as well as appeals before the Spanish courts.
- Expert in the special mining regime.
- Advising groups taxed under the consolidated tax regime in relation to the calculation of corporate income tax and preparation of the corresponding tax returns.
- Tax advice to concessionaires.
- She also provides services to resident and non-resident individuals in relation to personal taxes (IRNR, IRF, ISD and IP).

Bilingual in French.
