Sebastián has over 13 years’ experience advising clients in labor law matters.

His professional practice centers on collective matters related to disputes arising from individual and collective employment relationships at companies across a wide range of industries in the center of Mexico.

Sebastián Rosales is a principal associate in the Labor and Employment practice. He has experience in individual and collective litigation in the private sector and in planning and enforcing complex dismissals. He also provides advice on the day-to-day needs of Mexican companies and multinationals in a wide variety of sectors such as the automotive, aeronautical, digital platform, retail, manufacturing and pharmaceutical industries, among others.

Sebastián also provides advice on the labor law aspects of M&amp;A transactions, mainly dealing with due diligences and closings.

He has experience in implementing legislative changes, such as the reform of outsourcing regulations and the reform of regulations in connection with workers in digital platforms, providing advice to several companies in the mobility and distribution industries.

He is fluent in English.

Sebastián holds a degree from Universidad Anáhuac (Querétaro campus).
