Rubén López is a senior associate in the Tax Department, focusing his professional activity in the area of transfer pricing since 2017.

Rubén has extensive experience in diagnosing, analyzing, implementing, and documenting transfer pricing policies. He provides advice to multinational groups in tax audit procedures related to related-party transactions and operational restructuring processes. Additionally, he prepares appeals before administrative and jurisdictional bodies.

He also assists in mutual agreement procedures to resolve double taxation situations arising from transfer pricing adjustments and negotiates advance pricing agreements with tax authorities.

Rubén has undertaken transfer pricing projects for clients operating in various sectors, including Healthcare and Biotechnology, Insurance, Fashion, Real Estate, Technology &amp; Outsourcing, and Automotive, among others.
