Rosa María Meléndez Agudo joined Garrigues in September 2007 and is currently a senior associate in the Labor and Employment Law practice.
She has extensive experience in providing comprehensive advice to public and private companies on labor and social security matters, and specializes in labor litigation and judicial review proceedings in the labor jurisdiction.
She also advises on collective bargaining processes, in particular the drafting of and active participation in collective labor agreements, covenants and clauses, as well as performing labor due diligence reviews.
She lectures on the Executive Master’s Degree in Business Law at Centro de Estudios Garrigues.
Rosa María Meléndez Agudo is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
