Rafael Correa Ovalle is a member of the Banking and Finance Law practice of the Santiago, Chile office.

He focuses his practice on corporate and project finance, banking and financial regulation, and commercial contracting, participating in the advisory of creditors, debtors, and sponsors, both domestic and foreign, in financing and acquisition transactions.

He is a lawyer from Universidad de Los Andes, where he served as a teaching assistant in the courses of Constitutional Law (Fundamental Guarantees), Commercial Law (Negotiable Instruments), and Environmental Law (Regulation, System, and Civil Liability for Environmental Damage).
