Rafael Arizcun joined the firm in 2009 and is a senior associate in the Tax practice area.
He provides tax advisory services on a regular basis to both national companies and multinational groups, particularly in the construction, industrial and real estate sectors.
Specifically, he has extensive experience in tax litigation, having acted for the appellant in cases against the tax authorities brought before the various Spanish courts (the Supreme Court, the National Appellate Court, etc.), as well as in cases relating to local taxation matters, presenting the corresponding submissions and appeals at the various instances in relation to the key local taxes (IBI, ICIO, IIVTNU, IAE).
Rafael Arizcun is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.

Executive Master's Degree in Tax Counseling from Centro de Estudios Garrigues.
