Pedro Vargas Vial is an associate in the Administrative Department of Garrigues at the Santiago de Chile office, where he has been practicing his professional activity since 2022. He specializes in the areas of administrative law, concessions, contentious-administrative actions, and constitutional actions before ordinary, special, and arbitral courts. He is involved in both recurring client advisory and litigation related to his areas of practice. He holds a degree with highest distinction in legal and social sciences from the University of Chile. He has served as an assistant in the Departments of Economic Law and Private Law at the University of Chile.
