Paz Martín is a senior associate in the Litigation and Arbitration Department at Garrigues, where she practices in civil and commercial judicial and arbitration proceedings of a contractual and non-contractual nature. She manages complex litigation and provides recurring advice on contractual, non-contractual and strategic matters. Paz holds a degree in Law and Business Administration and Management from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and a Master's Degree in Access to the Practice of Law also from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, having received the extraordinary prize for the best academic record in the latter.

Paz Martín has been a senior associate in the Litigation and Arbitration practice since January 2022, having joined the firm in January 2016.

She has extensive experience in civil and commercial judicial and arbitration proceedings of a contractual and non-contractual nature in relation to a broad range of matters such as corporate disputes (challenges to corporate resolutions, liability of directors and other conflicts between shareholders), sale and purchase of companies, distribution and agency agreements, financial products, construction, private international law and insurance.

She also provides recurring advice to companies in the banking, insurance, financial, energy, pharmaceutical, telecommunications and construction sectors in pre-litigation negotiations and has participated in prominent judicial and arbitration proceedings at a national (Madrid Court of Arbitration (CAM), Civil and Commercial Court of Arbitration (CIMA), etc.) and international level (International Court of Arbitration (ICC)), under various applicable laws.
