Pablo Vinageras is counsel in the Corporate Law practice area of Garrigues, where he has spent practically his entire professional career. He specialises in commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, private equity/venture capital and start-ups. He is the global co-head of the start-ups and open innovation industry. He is also an associate professor at ESADE Law School (Universitat Ramon Llull), where he lectures on international business law and is an honorary member of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA).
Among other fields, he spspecialisesn M&A, corporate law and commercial contracts, especially with respect to advising international investors with interests in Spain and start-ups. He has notably participated in transactions (sale and purchase of shares and assets, joint ventures, funding rounds, investment agreements, collaboration and specialisation agreements, restructuring, etc.) with an international component, with particular emphasis on English-speaking countries, China and Latin America. Since he studied in México, he particularly has strong links with clients from Latin America. His international contacts are complemented by his position as an Honorary Member of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA).
He also provides ongoing advice on corporate matters within the framework of noteworthy M&A transactions and internal restructuring of the abovementioned entities, as well as transactions involving private equity and industrial entities.

He lectures in business law at the Faculty of Law at ESADE (Universitat Ramon Llull), where he teaches classes on international business law.
