Noelia Alonso is a Senior Associate in the Litigation and Arbitration Department of Garrigues, where she has developed her entire professional career since joining the firm in 2016.

She has extensive experience in advising on pre-litigation and litigation matters before numerous courts throughout Spain. Among her most notable specialisations are those related to civil and commercial contract law, as well as in the field of tourism in general and the hotel sector in particular, advising numerous national and international companies in this industry. She also has experience in advising on banking litigation. She also intervenes occasionally in criminal proceedings relating to economic and corporate offences.

She has published several opinion articles in the magazine "Nivell" of the Association of Builders of the Balearic Islands.

Noelia Alonso is a member of the Bar Association of the Balearic Islands.

In her professional activity she has been involved in highly complex litigation, including, among others:

- Litigation in the field of banking law in defence of financial institutions and, in particular, in proceedings brought by consumers and users in relation to general terms and conditions of contract.
- Litigation on general terms and conditions.
- Litigation concerning contractual and non-contractual civil liability, defective performance of obligations, frustration of the purpose of the contract, etc.
- Litigation relating to claims for damages arising from infringements of competition law.
- Construction and lease disputes.
- Enforcement of judicial and extrajudicial titles.

She also intervenes occasionally in criminal proceedings relating to economic and corporate offences.
