Nelly Sánchez Mouriz is a senior associate in Garrigues' Litigation and Arbitration Department, where she specializes in contract law, data protection, intellectual property, e-commerce, unfair competition, privacy and freedom of expression and information. She manages complex lawsuits and provides recurring advice on contracts and compliance matters. Nelly has wide expertise in advising technological and innovating companies. She holds a Degree in Law from University of Oviedo and a Master in information technology law from ICADE.

Nelly Sánchez joined Garrigues in 2007 and is now a senior associate in the Litigation and Arbitration Department.

Her expertise includes managing complex lawsuits, related to breach of contract, infringement of intellectual property rights, unfair competition, infringement of personal data protection and e-commerce regulations, and violation of the right to honor, privacy and personal image.

She also provides ongoing advice on these areas.

Nelly Sánchez has been a frequent speaker at conferences and courses organized by institutions such as the Chamber of Commerce of Oviedo, the University of Oviedo, the University of Burgos, and APD. Her talks cover a range of topics including contract law, e-commerce, data protection, and intellectual property law
