Natalia Ruiz is a senior associate in Garrigues' Intellectual Property Department, where she practices in the industrial property area. She manages trademark portfolios and has extensive experience in the design of strategies for the protection and defense of distinctive signs. She holds a degree in Media Studies from the Complutense University of Madrid and is an Official Industrial Property Agent. She has been recognized by World Trademark Review.

Natalia Ruiz is a senior associate in the Intellectual Property practice.

She has extensive experience in the management of industrial property portfolios: international trademarks, foreign trademarks, Spanish trademarks, community trademarks. Follow-up from application to registration and subsequent maintenance and surveillance. Building a network of foreign correspondents. Relationship with foreign law firms both for actions to be carried out for them at national and community level, as well as for actions to be entrusted to them in their country of origin.

She also provides recurrent advice to clients for the national and international trademark protection strategy, preparing budgets and all the necessary documents for its execution.

Teaching experience: she is a lecturer in the Master's Degree in Business Management of the Luxury and Fashion Industry at Centro de Estudios Garrigues, teaching the Industrial Property module.

Natalia Ruiz is a member of the Association of Industrial Property Agents (COAPI).
