Mónica Gómez Duque joined the firm in 2014, where she has pursued her entire professional career and is a Senior Associate in the Tax Practice.

She provides recurring advice to local and international companies from a wide range of industries, in all areas of tax law in both the Basque Country and Spanish territory. She has also participated in the structuring of business reorganization transactions.

In recent years, she has specialized in tax proceedings and disputes, advising clients both in the inspection phase and in the economic-administrative and judicial review phases.

She collaborates with Universidad de Deusto where she teaches classes in the Master’s Degree in Tax Advisory.
