He has participated numerous high-profile M&amp;A transactions and provides ongoing advice to various corporate groups.

He is fluent in Spanish, English, and Basque, and has B2-level in French.

- Board secretariat work for Boards of Directors and corporate and contractual advice to domestic and international companies.
- Advising companies on corporate reorganization processes.

Mikel is fluent in Spanish, English and Basque, and has B2-level French. He is a member of the Gipuzkoa Bar Association (ICAGI).
